Privacy Policy
What we collect when you request an estimate, how we use it, and the services this website relies on. Short version: we use your information to respond to you, and we never sell it.
Effective date: October 13, 2026
Roads Paving ("we," "us") operates erieasphalt.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information You Send Us
When you submit an estimate or contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the service you're interested in, and optionally your property address, city, and a project description. We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare your estimate, schedule work, and follow up about your project. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Form submissions are delivered to our email by Resend, an email-delivery service, through a function on our own website. Their handling of the data in transit is described in the Resend privacy policy. A hidden anti-spam field on the form helps us filter out automated submissions.
Hosting and Performance
This site is hosted by Vercel, which collects anonymous performance metrics such as page load speed. These do not identify you. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep estimate requests and related correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and meet ordinary business and legal record-keeping requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your Choices
- Contact us to review, correct, or delete information you've sent us.
- Block or clear cookies in your browser at any time.
- Call us instead of using the form — (814) 722-2729.
Children
This site is for homeowners and property managers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
